The Afghan War Has Cost Trillions Of Dollars And Finally The Taliban Are Back In Power

The last few days we have seen on television news and social media about the latest situation in Afghanistan. The return of the Taliban to control of Afghanistan, especially the capital Kabul, has become a hot topic of discussion on various media platforms.

US President Joe Biden’s decision to withdraw all of his troops from Afghanistan was the beginning of a massive wave of exodus of Afghans who are thought to disagree with the return of the Taliban to power.

The withdrawal of the United States troops on a large scale marked the end of the influence of the United States which began in 2001. The massive invasion of Afghanistan was a result of the terrorist acts that occurred on September 11, 2001 which destroyed the WTC Twin Towers. The WTC Twin Towers collapsed after was hit by a passenger plane hijacked by terrorists.

“The massive invasion of Afghanistan was a result of the terrorist acts that occurred on September 11, 2001”

The United States government through President George W Bush immediately took action to punish the acts of these terrorists. President Bush accused the perpetrators of the twin tower bombings being Osama Bin Laden with the Al Qaeda organization operating in Afghanistan.

The United States is assisted by Coalition and Nato troops deploying tens of thousands of soldiers to search for the whereabouts of Osama Bin Laden who is accused of being the main perpetrator of the 9/11 attacks in New York, Osama Bin Laden is protected by the Taliban Government led by Mullah Omar. Mullah Omar and Osama Bin Laden became the most wanted people by America at that time. Even the United States Order provides a reward of 25 million dollars to anyone who can provide information on their whereabouts.
