Maybe we have wished to go to space, even though we are not astronauts. Now, the era of civilians into outer space has begun with the Inspiration4 mission run by SpaceX.
SpaceX successfully launched the first space flight with an entire civilian crew for the first time Wednesday evening local time from Complex 39A at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida.
Complex 39A was the site where Apollo missions were launched in the late 1960s, including Apollo 11, which was the first mission to successfully land humans on the Moon.

The Dragon capsule, carried by SpaceX’s Falcon 9 rocket, carried two contest winners, a health worker, and the billionaire sponsor of the charity event.
Citing AP News, the mission titled Inspiration4 also marks Elon Musk’s SpaceX entry into the space tourism race.
The mission aims to raise $200 million (Rp 2.8 trillion) for the St. Children’s Research Hospital. Jude in the US, a hospital specializing in the research and treatment of pediatric cancer and other life-threatening diseases.
Meanwhile, Jared Isaacman, the billionaire who led the flight, became the third billionaire to go into space following Richard Branson with Virgin Galactic and Jeff Bezos with Blue Origin.
The crew of Inspiration4 would later spend several days orbiting Earth before finally landing back off the coast of Florida in the US.
